Service Restrictions and Payments

- After making a payment, you will first load your Trading Whales wallet and then purchase site services. Once the funds are loaded, no refunds can be processed for security reasons, and even customer support cannot make adjustments to the wallet balance.
Account Security and API Usage
- Securing your account is your personal responsibility; the platform provides numerous tools to help secure your account.
- Payments are based on the TXID, which should not be shared with anyone; securing it is your responsibility.
- The API key is highly secure and grants only read and trade permissions; however, do not share it with anyone.
Eligibility and Responsibility
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- You must not interfere with bot transactions to ensure correct buying and selling processes.
- You acknowledge that the account is personal to you, and you must not provide any other person access using your email address, password, or other security information.
- You are responsible for keeping your data confidential and monitoring and, if necessary, restricting access to your devices.
